Brilliant brushroll and chrome base plate. I will try the cleaner with the large debris channel blocked up to see what a difference it makes.

I'd love to visit the R&D dept at Dyson!! Unfortunately, it's like getting into Fort Knox - fingerprint recognition doors, etc. Only one gentleman's fingerprints allow him 100% access to all of Dyson HQ... | ||
