The vacuum itself is quite nice... It is very decent for a cheap canister, and its two-stage Ametek Shanghai motor provides a lot of suction. However, this machine is the plagued with hose issues. We ordered a whole crate of these machines about two years ago. Since then, most of them have come back to us with the same problem... The PH becomes intermittent as the cable (running through the centre of the hose) breaks where it exits the hose near the machine end. After countless warranty claims and the same issues repeating, we now modify the hose with a Plastiflex hose... If TTI would address the issue with the hose, they could have a real winner in the sub $200 canister market... | ||

Its really too bad it has a design flaw like the hose, especially when it seems it could be see easy to fix. It looks like a machine with real potential, but I guess they have no real replacement for the classic Power Tank. | ||
