First off, this awesome Kent! It has pile settings for Low, Medium, High, Low Shag, Medium Shag, and High Shag! How versatile!

It's cousin the Eureka ESP with Vibra-Groomer and Edge Kleener. As you see, the handle pole is in pretty bad shape. Major spa treatment in order.

Lastly, this BOL Hoover. Rather ZZzzzzzzzzzzzz if you ask me. And, alas, the bag topper is broke. Anyone have a spare?

My buddy picked up a blue and white Hoover Convertible and a Eureka Cord-A-Way canister.

Not shown is a Eureka cannister in that cranberry like color. No attachments, but it does have the powered hose. I'll post a pic of that when I get it out of the truck. :-)

Anyhow, the chinsy Hoover. If anyone knowns anything about this machine, I'd be interested. My knowledge of Hoover is limited.

Beautiful Kent! Very similar to my childhood Eurocleans.

I like the Hoover, Judging by the big pedal handle relese and the small pedal hight adjuster its probably pre 84-85, I think around 86 they started using the larger plastic hight adjuster, Im guessing it has a light switch type switch? Im not so good at dating Hoovers exatly, as for the bag topper I have used a chop stick or the like to take the place of the plastic at least untill i got a replcement, trimming it to fit. Also I have used a wooden cabob spelling=( skewer.

Thanks Kenny....

Personally, the Hoover doesn't excite me. Don't know why, it just doesn't. *shrug* Yes, it does have the light-type switch. Turns out, the bag topper is all there, just snapped in two. That's an easy fix. Dremel + Tiny Drill Bit + ( 2 x Thick Needles ) + Gorilla Glue = Repair.

Still debating, but after that it may find it's way to eBay or Craigslist.
