Is this rare? I saw it drawing attention on a curb, so I could not resist, so I grabbed it, even though I was on foot:p. It really is a great vacuum. Hopefully getting the "higher end" green one soon!

Very nice... too nice for someone to have left out on the curb. Glad you rescued it! Erik, I have the same Concept that you do and I love it.

People just don't respect their machines. They expect them to cope with as much abuse as they can throw at them, then complain when they break down or go wrong. It's like someone said on the washer site the other day......the most common excuse people use is "Oh....well it's ok.....I didn't know!"

More like they were too lazy to be bothered with learning how to use the machine properly in the first place. I'm constantly amazed with how little some people care for their belongings. Every time I think I've seen as bad as it can get, something else comes along to surprise me even more.....

so true....or when you sell them an outstanding comm. vac and they destroy it on a daily basis..leave it outside in the rain for weeks because they forgot it was on the back porch..moss growing in bag chamber..plugs it up to use it and cant see why it wont work...then brings it back after a year saying YOU sold them a piece of junk....are u kidding me?

i cant believe

that it is only a matter of reading an instruction manual and flipping to that one page and reading a few paragraphs on BELTS. People throw bractically brand new vacuums because they need to new belts. Almost everyone I find just needs a new belt, clogged, or someone trys to fit the wrong bag in it.
