I wonder if this is a power nozzle issues or a canister issue. Does this model have the lighted PN that Royal used in the 90s, or is this the new style PN? Regardless, the whole situation is just too bad. |

looks like its only the FQs with the 360 style PN but not sure. I hope my brown K31X & K88 PN are fine. |

Hi, I have one of the Majestic 360 Filterqueens that are recalled. I talked with Health Mor and the problem is with the hose, wand and power nozzle. I need to send in my power nozzle and hose. They don't want the wand and will send me a new wand when they fix my power nozzle and hose. Now my delima is this. I bought my Filter queen off of Ebay so I am not covered under warranty but they will repair it and send it back for a fee. I opted to go back to the old style power nozzle, wand, and attachments that are still being manufactured, as I didn't particularly like the new style anyway. They did give me a discount of about $80.00. My total bill was around $459.00 with shipping and tax. I live in Ohio. I know this sounds like sour grapes, but this is the last time I buy a Brand New In The Box Major Brand off of Ebay. I will stick to my local distributors..... Bud Bud |
