My cousin had this and said the motor was out. So i disassembled it and checked the motor and belt and it was fine. So I noticed a large piece of tape on the cord, and instantly knew that was the problem. So I cut the original cord off and put a nice almost new 50footer off my Rubbermaid Maxi Glide BLS By Bissell lol try saying that 10 times fast. Well not it works flawlessly. Just a few scratches hear and there.
