No it would have a beveled end at the end Also this one is tempered and the Fantom is basically completly straight. |

Hi DFM: As I thought, this crevice tool is indeed from an old General Electric cylinder vac from the 1950's. It's called the Air-Flo. Just go to Doug Smith's wonderful webpage showing the model dkas1.50megs.com/GeneralElectric1.... It's on the top right along with this exact crevice tool.
