yes this is our kitchen, I was trying to make 1 good legend II out of two broken ones. Forgot the time and to clean up, and this is how my boyfriend foun our kitchen lol. in the sink on the worktable even in front of the coffee machine all kirby parts. he was not happy.

Things that happen even in the best families! Tell him not to worry, It's part of the fun of collecting vacuum cleaners. Mine got a little bit upset when he found a kirby in the dishwasher...

What part or parts did you wash in the dishwasher? I'm curious.

...all the alluminium parts of a very dirty old kirby before polishing them and the plastic tools, power nozzle, carpet shampooer etc.

Dishwashers, not just for dishes. Whenever I get a new IBM Model M keyboard, I take it apart and wash the keys and case in the dishwasher. Put it back together, and it looks as good as new.

That scene is all SOOOOOO familiar.

Whenever we get a new vac its all to pieces and cleaned to make it look all new again,

I really ought to take pictures of the messes we get into LOL
