I have a bissell velocity and the thing screams bloody murder. suction is good but airflow is terrible. are these vacuums usually loud like that. I do not use it in my home because it is a piece of crap that I would not ruin good rugs with. So... I use it at the local Laundromat that I work at every week. I use it to clean out the dryers and the stuff that I sweep from the floor on to the rug. it does do an ok job as far as picking smudged in lint off of the rug

I would check for any obstructions in the hose or any ports, bagless vacs tend to clog a lot and then they sometimes whine.

Hello there

this is deffinately no wine. the machine is extremely lous and there are no obstructions in the hoses fiters etc...
however the machine is soo loud that it messes up the Security cameras in the laundromat that I clean.
