There is a vintage BBC tour of her house in which she points out many features including the heart shaped pool, imported furniture, teddy bears and the wall valve where the butler inserts the hose to vacuum the shag carpet.

I found the youtube link for it. it starts at about 4:50. Jane was buried not far from where I worked at Crayola Crayons. The cemetery where she is buried, is Fairview Cemetery, Pen Argyl, PA.

The original Marylin Monore. Some liked her better!

Looks like Jayne Mansfield had an early Filtex "Perma-Vac" (no doubt the dual motor "Super Twin Special" model, perhaps more than one of them)!

Only the early ones had inlets like that with a button but no red light; the light came about in the mid 1960s in case the home was so large that you couldn't hear the roar of the power unit from upstairs! It also helped multiple operators take turns using the system in apartment buildings and motels.

MD Manufacturing used to have a page on their website listing all the celebrities that had MD systems in their homes. Grant (president of the company who has done many thousands of installations himself in the LA area) once recalled that when they retrofitted a system in Don Rickles' home, the utility closet was so cramped that they had to mount the power unit on the back of the door! Connected with flex hose. I used that trick myself once.
