Looking for a corded bagged upright or stick vacuum that swivels. Would prefer a stick vacuum with those features but not sure they exist. It’s for the basement that has very low cut carpet (old indoor/outdoor) and tile floors. Looking in the lower end price but open to a higher end if parts are available. Thanks in Advance for any recommendations.

I'd recommend the SEBO Felix.

If you don't need attachments, then a classic Oreck would probably be my pick. Just be sure to use HEPA bags and get serviced if it needs it (being used and all). Maybe one of the higher end Orecks might also be a good fit if you really want the swivel neck (also that Hoover ONEPWR bagged might also fit the bill, too)

Miele Quick Step.

It’s a true stick vac and most of them have an outlet on the nozzle neck so you can attach a power nozzle if needed. Some of them are 2 speed and some are variable speed. They’re very reliable and have a clean air design that works very well. Mine is 28 years old and the filter chamber is still clean and dust free. Also, there are plenty of cloth bags available for this model.

I like the Kenmore Intuition bagged upright in Rose Gold. It’s less expensive than the Sebo Felix and has a headlight on the power nozzle. The main power unit is removable to be able to be used as a lightweight canister. The revolving carpet brush can be shut off so that bare floors can be cleaned without scattering dirt or scratching floor surfaces.

If you feel like going a little vintage, a Hoover QuikBroom from the '80s might be the ticket.
