Ok, I know I’ve been highly controversial in my approach to threads in the past so I deeply apologise for that, but here I’ve got a considerably stupid question to ask with a rather foolish backstory.
I bought a spare straight-suction floorhead to use on my 2100W Sebo Airbelt K1 because it was basically the kind of nozzle Numatic once used after the regulations came in- but with a metal base-plate. It was 35mm with a click-fitting. I collected the order, and tried putting it onto my Sebo to realise it didn’t fit- it’s possible that my Sebo uses 38mm fittings without me doing any measurements. I later had a dusting brush arrive that came with a 32mm to 35mm adaptor, and this is how I found out, yes it’s probably 38mm that my sebo uses.
The floorhead I ordered was made exclusively for Miele vacuums, and I foolishly ordered it thinking Mieles and Sebos are the same- was I wrong, was I wrong, or was I wrong?
I’ve been looking everywhere on Amazon for a Sebo fitting to Miele fitting adaptor and I can’t find anything related. Does anyone here have any tips to make it work, or should I return it?
I could find something like a Numatic to Miele adaptor- I have a Henry too.
If I’m overcomplicating it I apologise too
