Electrolux olyimpia power nozzle question |

Hello! I finally finished everything I needed to get done with my Electrolux olyimpia, but there’s one issue with the power nozzle. It’s hard to see in the photo but every time I use it, it’s so high! It doesn’t even agitate the carpet! Any way I can adjust it lower? Also how do I date it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The rear wheels should be spring loaded Either the springs In your rear wheel assembly are shot, or perhaps someone removed them to use the power nozzle on plush pile carpet? | ||
