I know Dirt Devil is known for cheap trash now, rightfully so. But this vacuum from 2002 is an absolute beast. Probably the last good model they've made imo.

It has two motors, one for the suction and one for the brush roll. The head is removable and can be extended a bit with the hose. You could vacuum a whole house with it if it was bigger.

It out performs my Dyson....

I have one that I found at a indoor "garage" sale almost 10 years ago for probably around $20. It's a very decent hand vac.

Used to have one of these-don't miss it.Would have been nice if this was BAGGED.The bagless design too messy to deal with. You need a bagged canister to take care of this vacuum.Like the classic bagged DD designs better.

I've used one before. I liked it but my only criticism is the bagless design. Thankfully the filter is easy to maintain, I just use another vacuum to clean it out. I'd definitely take one over a Dirt Devil Ultra.

I had a Dirt Devil Power Reach probably 15 years ago, it was fine but I don't remember the head being powered. I'm pretty sure it was turbine driven, but its been so long i could be wrong.
