I wanted more power when cleaning my stairs today. So I made this. An Ait Tip from Milwaukee but made with 2 vacuums.

What in the name of Scott Fetzer is that? (no offense though, that's actually pretty cool and clever).

Years ago I was trying to find a good solution to clean theater seats and decided to try a little lux II, unfortunately it ended up clogging up pretty quickly, so i decided to pair it with the backpack vacuum.

Due to the inlet coming off at an angle attaching the hose to that directly would have made it difficult to use so i took an old chemical bottle, trimmed it down and used a bunch of tape.

It was extremely inconvenient to use but I don't think those chairs have ever been cleaner.

I don't know if ghetto is the right word to use for these situations lol, but for years I used an Oreck without a bag as a power nozzle. DIY Tandem Air

I did something similar with my other Kirby Ultimate G I used to have connected to a Ridgid wet/dry vac in a wood shop just for fun. It was WAY too powerful. So much suction was sealed onto the floor that makes it harder to move and the belt always stops.

Wow!

I have made a few odd contraptions from vacuum cleaners, but these are amazing! The only one I remember is trying to attach a leaf blower battery to a oreck, I didn’t because I was worried about shorting it out (I’m terrible with electricity). Is this possible?

About the best/worst I've ever done was to attach an Electrolux PN4A to a Eureka 'Ironsides' canister, using the Eureka hose and a teal Electrolux wand with a pigtail connector up top. The only needed modification was to push the latch button on the Eureka hose out of the way. I guess you could call the resulting conglomeration a 'Eurekolux'. The end result looks a little weird but works quite well.

One of the former VCCC Presidents at one of the conventions made a "Water Buffalo" by connecting a Bison Mark III to a Rexair model C. It worked and he won the "Frankenvac" category.

Another!

About 10 years ago I mated this Kirby to an NSS pig using a 2.5? shop vac hose and a kirby fill tube. I remember it having more "cling" on the carpet but it's hard to say if performance was actually boosted.

Another abomination!

Here's a bagless Kirby setup I cobbled together. I still have it but haven't made use of it since shooting the video. I even got a spare G6 2000 handle to use with it.

When I used it to clean the stairs, the suction was so strong, that it was hard for me to move the Handvac across my stairs carpet. I may end up trying this with a car carpet to see how it can be effective over there. I may end up doing a quick video of it to show everyone how it works and it in action.
