But I think Hoover needs to get rid of the word “brushless” when they advertise this new cleaner. It’s confusing. Does the brush roll have bristles or not? If it’s the motor that’s brushless, they can bury that feature deep in the technical specs. Also…they don’t tell you if it uses Hepa bags or not. Unless I missed something? 🤔 |

$1,100 for a Hoover is wild. The cordless Simplicity Freedom is on sale right now for $491 (perhaps a good Christmas gift idea).
Also I feel like it's very important for people to realize these batteries are consumable parts and will wear out. Wayy before the end of its potential life compared to the corded models. My sister was gifted a Dyson cordless a year ago and it's already dead. It just won't turn on anymore. I just can't see a valid business reason to own any of these in a commercial space. Remember the Eureka Freedom from the 80s? Is even a single one still functional today? |
