Nope!!!! Its a direct air unit. Not among the most common variant either.

Nope!

Its Elite based but definitely one of the more bizarre entries to the series, closer to the end of its run too.

My only guesses so far.

My only guesses right now are the Hoover Elite Rewind, and the Hoover Elite Commercial. I will have to do more research later.

Ok, you caught me red handed! 😂 yes I bought the Breathe Easy!!!!! Saw something like it in Walmart years ago, like maybe 2003-2004? Cant wait to try it for myself! Body of a Legacy/Preferred and the base of a Caddy Vac

Congratulations on owning this later model Elite style upright vacuum! 😉🌟 I added this to my watchlist till it got sold finally. Hopefully I'll come across this model one day. What's odd is that when this was first listed on eBay back around July, it was only listed for local pickup till the seller added $23 shipping which is not bad. And yes it is a bizarre yet cool combination of the Caddy Vac and Legacy/Preferred series. Not to mention it also uses a 12 amp motor and trust me it's quite powerful than it's predecessors. I've been a fan of Elites for a long while myself too since their one of Hoover's best vacuums they're actually easy to take apart and clean them up to make them almost like new. I'll have to show everyone my Elite collection soon if I can try my best to get certain models I want for my collection. Speaking of Breathe Easy, I have the black model that's basically a Caddy Vac with the wrap around hose and of course the SoftGuard Widepath Dimension model in navy blue.🌟😁

Ive seen your vids on YouTube, you have an awesome collection!!!!! And ive seen the vid of the black Breathe Easy, I think those were also exclusive to Walmart. Back when vacuum shopping was cool, and not Dyson or Shark or brands just copying Dyson or Shark LOL. I miss the era of Windtunnels and Elites. Thats pretty much when Hoover peaked. The SoftGuard Widepaths were where I got my liking for vacuums, they just had such a cool deluxe look with the tool door caddy. The Windtunnels I ALWAYS enjoy using. My very favorite is probably the TurboPower 5100 because both my ma and my aunt had one. My uncle had a TurboPower 4500.
