Recently picked up a dc25 with shot Bearings, brought it to my vacuum shed/workshop and sounds incredibly bad. Sadly bearing are the single thing I’m bad at fixing which is annoying. Thought’s?

If it's the brushroll bearings, you can try to service but most of the time I'd get a new brushroll or a whole new cleaner head for it which I honestly don't think it's worth doing. But if it's the motor, you'd need a whole new motor for it cause those Panasonic motors aren't serviceable and I honestly don't think it's worth messing around with either.
