Found it for $50. Brand new in the box, never opened.
I've always wanted to find one of these NIB, never actually though it would happen!

So... Do I open it? That is the question.
I do have one just like it that I use regularly.
Maybe I'll just hang on to this one for posterity, and throw it in the closet with my other NIB machines.

I can tell from the marking on the top of the box that it was manufactured on December 19.
I would guess it was either in 1999, 2000, or 2001. The serial number on the machine would tell me; but that would mean opening the box!

Decisions, decisions.

Fantastic find Fred!! Where did you find this beauty at? Like you since you already have one it might be neat to just store it away so it will remain NIB!!!

Veda!!

Keep it in the box as a time capsule! At some point in time, when you may need the money, (nursing homes are costly you know),then ebay it and make a fortune!

Nooooo don't open it. Save that for a rainy day or an event or something cause once you've opened it the anticipation is gone forever.
I've got a few blenders and electric can-openers from the 60's and 70's still entombed in their original boxes and they're staying that way, unsoiled like me.

Yup, I would Fred, but I would wait until 2030 :-)

Hey, HooverCelebrity--

I'm just down the road from you (in Chapel Hill) and I never ever find anything good around. Would you be interested in possibly searching for vacs together in the area? Send me an email.
