Been trying to find out the specific model number of this vacuum for a little while now. Years ago I watched a video where Kyle Krichbaum talked about his vacuum collection and the shows he was on. One of those shows was called "Wanna Bet?" And I couldnt help but notice this one Eureka machine in the background. I can't say if it is all original as it looks like it has parts from different Eurekas? Anybody familiar with what model Eureka this is? The bag looks Sanitaire but the base is from one of the older style Eurekas that had the Blender Motor. Correct me if I'm wrong about any of this.

Is this what your talking about?
It was produced around 2010ish and people love them especially enough to never sell.

I couldn't find the clip you took that screenshot from, but I found a different clip that looks like the same vacuum seen again?

It looks like a standard budget Dial-a-Nap Eureka upright from the late 1980’s early 1990’s, with the smaller “Hot Shot” motor hood. I don’t think it’s the Retro Vac with the Vanguard style hood.

Yup that's the same vacuum in the other video. The video I watched is also on YouTube and Vimeo. It's 100% a dial a nap, the one thing that confuses me though is the bag and handle. Handle appears to be more metallic because didn't the standard DAN's have a white handle? The bag is a dark gray which I usually associate more with the Sanitaires and Commercial Eurekas. Cool vac none the less!

Kyle probably fixed this up with some Eureka replacement parts…so it’s a bit of a mix of original and replacement elements….

Thats what I was thinking. In the front row there was also another Dial A Nap (looked all original) and an F&G I THINK Sc886. Honestly that whole line of vacuums is super nostalgic for me cause when I was young, my dad used to take me with him to clean the office on Friday nights. Always using the Sc886 (shakeout bag though). So these kind of became a staple for me, especially as of late.

Kyle...

did no such thing.

Those vacuums came from various prop houses from in and around Los Angeles area. Those vacuums have all been "Greeked"; which is an industry term for removing any logos or identifying parts that make the vacuum identifiable as "stock" so they don't accidentally endorse a product or have to pay to use it.

I'd love to have some prop vacuums in my collection someday.
