Well, the sodabreads were a hit last week for the holiday.so,now, time for a cookie revival .... maybe even some cupcakes. At mi haels, I found a cupcake pan that holds an entire batch!..only put 1 pan in. Simple. And, it was on sale.

I trust there will be pictures?
I'm dealing with some digestive issues, possibly a gluten sensitivity, so I'm really limiting the snacky treats.
But, it doesn't stop me from looking at pictures of lovely baked goods!

Spaghetti fixing. So, bought ground beef and pork. Yep! Vats of homemade sauce and meatballs. I always like to have that stuff on hand in the freezer!

The oven in olive oil for a. Hour. Now, they'll "cook" in the sauce, slowly, for 8 hours.

I don't know. But, I wish you could bottle some of it and ship it to me!

There's always a price to be paid...

I get those energy spurts sometimes, but then when it's over I find myself reaching for the naproxen and wondering what the hell I was thinking, overdoing like that.

Same here

On the days that I feel extra energy I have to pace myself or risk burn out in the afternoon! I get alot done but as Human says there's a price to be paid. I did get a lot of rainy day projects done as we are having record rain here in Ca. this winter. The ski resorts say they may be able to stay open through May and later if the snow continues to fall.

I get these 'bursts' of energy at times.

It's nothing to find me running the washer/dryer at midnight.  I'll bake or prepare large amounts of food on a Sunday..... to freeze for later.

If I'm on a roll painting, etc... I must stop myself.  Then, there  are those days....  endorphines
