Congrats on getting the attention of the media! That journalist seemed like a good listener and I seen her taking notes attentively. Hope this will lead to some good things for vacuums and we can stop going in circles with gimmicks and actually get cleaners that work. It seems like Henry is the only company out there making new innovations that actually do work and people are pleased to see. Companies do listen to noisemakers, whether they learn from it or not but it gets them looking. Would love to see a Dyson vacuum that actually works good and doesn't burn through your carpets (swappable delicate brushroll?), or a Sebo or Miele make something everyone can afford that is a quality vacuum and isn't just a Chinese mold made as a gap filler.
