I found this 1920s Clements the other day at an estate sale. The bag is torn but everything looks original. Its always fun to find something this old.

I have been to dozens of antique stores, estate sales, and garage sales trying to find old and antique vacuums, but I have never found anything this cool. Yours isn't in too bad of shape and with some cleaning and polishing, it should look almost new again! I wish you the best of luck with it and Happy New Year!

Huskyvacs: that's a good idea. I've been wanting to learn how to sew so maybe I'll get a sewing machine and give it a try.
Hoover706: Thanks! It was suprising to find something all original like this! Happy new year to you too! Lesinutah: yes,I live near Ogden. This vacuum was found at a house in Sandy. The homeowner had been a hoarder of sorts so there was lots of stuff at the house. |
