Just wanted to pass along a story about a Kirby product. Somehow I got ink all over the seat back of my new Buick. The upholstery is very very light gray cloth so I was sick when I saw what had happened. Somebody must have had a ball point pen in their pocket and it leaked. I used q-tips and a Kirby product called "Lickity split" and it removed every bit of the ink. I was just amazed. I called several professional shops and they would not guarentee they could remove the ink. I followed up by then using Kirby suds Shampoo on the entire seat section and the results were amazing. Thank you Kirby! What is even better is that the Kirby company had sent me the product free when I orederd a package of bags. You can be sure I will buy a bottle to keep on hand for the future!
