I bought this vacuum at resale. It did't get a power beater with it, just tubes. I attach other pieces from my other vacuum to use. I love this thing. Unfortunately, I don't know if I threw away a piece that the bag attaches to or not. My question is: Did this model have a separate clip for the bag. It seems to have a built in clip to hold the bag, but the bag I got does not fit into the built in clip. Am I missing another piece between the built in clip and the bag? It looks like the bag should just slide in and be held with side slots and a top built in clip. The bags I bought were 5055 and they seem too big on the bottom to fit into the slot. I tried to cut one down, but I ended up taping it and, of course, that failed after a time.. Help! Sorry I can't send a picture.

There should be a red plastic mount that slides into slots in the base. Then the bag collar fits over the mount.

The 5055 bags aren’t correct for that model. You need 5033 or later known as Type E bags. They are a little harder to find now and I’m not sure if they’re still on production as genuine or not. Although I have seen some on eBay.

I have read here of people using other types of bags that may fit and are more readily available, so maybe some can chime in or try doing a search of older forum posts for that.
