eBay shipping problems.
This wasnt the first time I had trouble with an ebay seller packaging atrociously either LOL, but thankfully it appears the wheels were the only issue. I think they have caps too. Last vacuum I got from ebay came to me completely trashed, the complete bottom just battered. A shame too cause it was a nice navy blue windtunnel self propelled. Went in the trash immediately cause it was beyond repair at that point.

Do you need the caps as well? I think I have those laying around somewhere as well. My basement looks like a tornado hit it. Have you reached out to the seller for a partial refund on shipping damage? Mike | ||
