E automatic.

Look at the cost of shipping. More than the asking price of the Electrolux. And from the look if it, I seriously doubt if it runs.

Seller didn't even bother to look at info label on the underside of machine, or if one isn't there, then the patent info on the inside of front cover.

$129.00, is around the same price as it was when new, maybe more.

Electrolux E automatic.

Read the long description. This person is more concerned about being ripped off than selling the machine. I personally find this insulting. We are serious collectors who know how to buy vacuum cleaners, we don't need a lecture on how to do so. What is this person thinking when selling junk like this?

It's California people, what do you expect? They have mental issues and everything costs 300% more than what it does elsewhere in the USA.

Any time I see sellers that have some big long diatribe of rules and regulations - I instantly close the auction and skip right by it. They have psychological problems and it is not at all worth dealing with them for anything. You will enter into a nightmare you have never seen before.

I have bought Electroluxes like that in a lot worse shape for a lot less money.

Not for some of us.

I'm also one of the 'California people.' I may reside in Arizona now, but my heart is in still in San Diego.

No need for California bashing. There are loonies in every nook and cranny of the globe.

California is NOT the land of fruits and nuts!

I agree...

with Huskyvacs. I have had to ignore potential buyers displaying odd behavior when selling on Craigslist. I have stories.

Is it true companies and employees are fleeing California in droves....claiming costs of conducting business and high cost of living?

Electrolux E automatic.

Topic was an ugly, over-priced vacuum cleaner, not where the seller is located. But the sale ended with no buyers. I think that speaks volumes. The reason I posted was the condition of the E automatic, and the insulting diatribe of the seller. Location isn't the issue, the vacuum cleaner was.
