So, there is something my friend pointed out in my video today and I noticed it to after he told me, that the bag on my hoover convertible isnt inflatting when the motor is turned on? Could there be something wrong with the fan of my vacuum or is it this particular model hoover or what? The machine is in excellent condition so if it is a fan problem then wtf because its in good condtion.

Some just don't inflate that much, you can see it inflate a little when it is just turned on. Not having an inner bag installed can also make it not inflate.

Also, when.....

When there is a new paper filter bag installed, there is less resistance so the bag may not inflate as much since exhaust air can easily flow through the filter medium. Once the bag accumulates dirt and dust thus clogging the pores, the bag will get harder. Eureka uprights did this more in my opinion. But, the airflow was tremendous!

Take off the bag assembly and put your hand at the exhaust opening. Turn it on. There should be tremendous amount of air. If there is, and you're using the correct disposable bag, then nothing is wrong.
