The official Kirby site only provides date info for the non-vacuum products, it seems, and I wanted to find the manufacturing date of the D80-AM for, and I accept all cringe accusations, ceremonial reasons, as well as for proper 'aging' or statements. If it helps at all I can provide his serial number from the bottom plate; "A315367".
Any other info I need to give, as long as it doesn't involve the armature (can't access it) or extreme disassembly, I can give when requested. With the armature situation, the entire fan assembly internal-bit is inaccessible to me, as well as anything "in front" of the motor, the screws WILL NOT come out no matter how hard I try. AKA any identifying details or other junk is off-limits, says the D80, as well as my POOR POOR drill that's done nothing but disassemble and reassemble a vacuum cleaner repeatedly for a month straight. |
