So my Compact c8 has almost all the tools except one .
Metal compact rug tool so my Bday next month i got my self a present early the rug tool.

A little cleaning when i get it and my c8 will have her complete tool set . I have the plastic gold rug shoe allready but i want the metal rug tool.

Finally got my rug tool in today .
She is complete my Compact electra model C8.
sweet i have the ottoman and manual to.

Very nice Antoine! And you even have a spare set of wands to use with both the rug and floor nozzles.

How are you liking the new DustCare PB11 powerhead you bought recently? One thing I forgot to mention when you posted and I commented on it was one way you can also improve performance is to take out those 2 small front wheels just behind the brushroll. It will make it dig into the carpet just a little better, and also quiet it down slightly. One other thing you ought to get yourself for Christmas is a bumper and set of floor brush bristles, now that TriStar is no longer in production entirely it's only a matter of time before they are NLA. I have 2 of those floor brushes and I love it! One of the best ones I have with all my vacuums :).

Ohh thanks a lot for the tip i will stock up on bristles filter bags ect much thanks .

I looooove my new power head on my Compact i use it also on my Lux 89 and CXL such a beast !!

I have 3 plastic black wands to use with my C8 , as the metal one are a bit shorth for me being im 6'5 .
My Compact electra C8 is complete all tools and book and ottoman im very please with my restoration .
I will gladly stock up on spare bristles ,bumper ,  i have an ebay account and save  the vintage tristar &  compact electra and vintage vacuum search .

So i get email notifications of parts and also mchardy vac as parts for em good idea to stock up now before its to late as i use my ie every day .

 

 

Since i have my  tristar cxl  50  and  c8 i have 3 floor nozzle  but i will buy some  bristles bumper bags and filter before its  made of unobtanium as they say .
