I had always hoped to get a set of attachments (or as Hoover calls them, Cleaning Tools) for my Hoover 305 but didn't think it would happen, due to their rarity. However, I found this set on ebay and got them for $10.00 plus shipping, and they arrived Tuesday. The original box is in bad shape, the upholstery nozzle and dusting brush both have a little bit chipped off, and the hose is a replacement, but I feel I got my money's worth. There was also a pair of generic grey plastic wands, dust brush, and a duster that appears to be from Fuller Brush Co. When I opened the package, I also noticed that the hose seemed unusually long and measured it, and it was 9 feet long!
Here are a few ebay pics of the set and one of my 305, which was a trash find in January 2013. It has a replacement cord and bag, and the agitator brushes need replaced, but it runs good and sounds like it should! In the first pic you can see the extra wands and duster that I mentioned, the second shows a close-up of the hose connector, the third shows the outside of the box, and the fourth is my 305.

Great find!

There's a saying - "it's better to have 50% of something than 100% of nothing"

You can enjoy the tool kit now until the next one shows up 👍

Some heavy duty carton closing staples, a new cardboard lining, an iron, and maybe a can of spray- on starch might get that box fixed back up as well.

I never heard that saying before, but I like it! As for the box, I don't think there's much I can do with it, as part of the flaps were torn off. But I'll at least try to do something with it. Thanks for the suggestion.
