What's the best low foam or non foaming detergent for a Mytee S300h spot extractor. Planning to use for spot cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and on waterhog floor mats. Also can we do plain water rinse or do we need rinse aid?

We'll still have our professional carpet cleaners do full carpet cleanings.

You will want the standard carpet extraction cleaner for your machine. Use a commercial extraction cleaner. No you will not need to rinse after. You can use Zep products which you can get at Home Depot or from your supplier of other products you get.

As for the water hog mats. A pressure washer is the best option. You will not be able to get a tight seal to the mats to extract the dirty solution. Hang the mat some where to dry. You can suck some of the water/solution out of the mat but not enough to dry it the same as carpet or upholstery.
