Hoover used that bearing in just about every brush roll of uprights and canisters from 1970s to mid 2000s. The true Hoover brush rolls had those bearings. Once TTI took over then brush rolls started getting made by CWP and it all changed and many parts went away.
Don't get confused by early versions of that bearing which used a white colored plastic top, the fit is the same. You can remove the plastic top, clean and then repack with grease. The best method of course is to use a Hoover grease gun if you have access or know a Vac Shop that has one. |
