I got this a while back but never got a chance to post it.
Tedelex was/is a South African company that made TV's back in the day, they also had a fairly big appliance division and as I am finding out a fairly extensive Floor care range from Domestic to industrial

This one a re branded Hoover ( convertible or senior/Ranger).
a friend of mine says their is a Hoover junior model aswell that I have yet to find.

I have 3 Tedelex floor polishers aswell as a huge industrial upright vacuum and a tub dry vacuum.

Odly enough tedelex is best know here for those pressure cookers that you used on the stove, the ones were your mom would ask you to check how many lines were on the safety valve and when you said 2 she screamed at you to turn off the stove like the house was going to expode. Who knew she was actually not joking

thanks for posting, very interesting to see what Africa was getting for floor care back in those days. I'm sure they were mighty expensive.

Here is another Tedelex branded Nilco machine. This time a s20. It had a rough life and the hood plastic will need sanding and rebuffing to look like new again
