Interesting question to ask. Do Hoover Elites and Singer soft bag uprights share the same motor fans or not? Thanks. PS, I'm no longer Gj9696. I'm now VacsofProsper.😁👍

Ah ha. I was afraid that the fan was worn out after 20+ years. I'm going to get the Bissell fan and give the Singer a spa treatment in the morning. Another thing, how do I the entire motor cover off?

I don't know if you ever knew before that Bissell got sued by Hoover for these being copies of the Elites. Example they use the same type of disposable bags. But Bissell probably got away from Eureka of using similar fans from the Bravos. If your Bissell fan is backordered, the Eureka fan is a perfect substitute for Bissells and/or Singers.
