It’s nice to drive a different set of wheels every now and then! This is my first Hoover Convertible of this particular style! A special thanks to Charles L. for picking this up for me. Cosmetically it’s in good condition but it will require some maintenance. Otherwise I’m pretty satisfied. I just couldn’t say no to this color! No thread hijacker’s or low jackers please. Thx ☺️

Keith,
That's a gorgeous machine! I've always been partial to that color as well, and the fact it's complete and clean speaks volumes to what kind of life it's had! With all of the high-pitched screaming motors most vacs have today, there's something so relaxing about the soft hum of a classic Hoover Convertible motor....especially if it's one with the metal fan. Growing up, I could tell you the sound of a Convertible over any other vacuum just by the way the motor growled to life! I still enjoy playing with some of mine, even though I don't have much carpet to vacuum these days! Enjoy that beauty! Hopefully the maintenance you need to perform is minor and that will last a lifetime and beyond! |
