That's a beautiful AE you have there, Joel! I have one too, but unfortunately I don't have the original hose with mine, I think mine is from a model R or S. My paternal Grandparents used to have an AE and also a Filtex. I used to go to their house with my Aunt on Saturdays and I would mow the lawn and/or vacuum while she did their laundry. I usually preferred the AE over the Filtex when I had my choice of which one to use. I wish I had theirs in my collection, but the one I do have runs great and looks pretty good, although not as good as yours.
The room where you took the pics is beautiful too! I was surprised when you said it was in the basement! The table you have up against the wall must have been pretty common back in the day, as I have 2 of them in my basement, but neither one looks as nice as yours. Here's a pic of my AE. Jeff
