Hi Mike,
From the looks of the underside wheels, it is probably made by Wessel Werk in Germany. Their deluxe electric nozzles all have two foot pedals - one to release it from upright position and the other to adjust the height of the wheels. Looks like a newer version of the deluxe full size power nozzles sold with Miele's deluxe canisters. | ||

Hi Mike, I have one I purchase off eBay. Says Titan Cleaning Solutions and of course manufactured in china.
