Beautiful CXL, Antoine! That's 1 of my favorite models. Always have liked that color and the 50th anniversary badging....very classy. It's a shame that particular model is hard to come by in good condition, instead usually with paint all discolored or dinged up :(.

Use it in good health and Happy Holidays. You ought to add some of the TriStar clones to round out your collection.

difference between CXL and DXL

I bought a beautiful Tristar DXL earlier this year at the vacuum collector's convention, it's in perfect shape, love that cleaner. In my opinion that was the last decent Tristar, once Aerus bought Interstate Engineering their Tristar cleaners were not near as good. I also have a Miracle Mate, it's a nice machine, one thing it has that the Tristar doesn't is a cord winder. What were the differences between the CXL and DXL?

Antoine, possibly if you could find liquid electrical tape in white that might work? Just a guess.
