Hello, I have an Electrolux S165A Floor Shampooer that is really squeaky.

I took it apart thinking it was the belt, and discovered that the 2 non-drive white wheels are loose and they are what squeaks.

My question is, can these be removed and tightened? I don't see how they are attached and don't see a way to remove them or tighten them?

Attached are 2 pictures, 1 of the wheels that I am referring to, and 1 of the label.

Thanks

"--way to remove--"

Under the plastic motor cover at front over pulleys you will see 2 round metal caps that could be removed to expose clips and washers. But removing them would damage them and require repair or replacement(Elux branches could order these). They rarely needed attention.
