Charles, thanks for pointing that machine out. I would have been wanting it but not with the convention this week. I never realized that they actually had the lx hose, and the blue plastic brush and up tool. Blue is my favorite color Thanks again Norm | ||

Yes, that IS beautiful!! Especially with the blue cordwinder and tool holder to match. My Mom's XXX also had the blue plastic dust brush and upholstery nozzle like this one, but her's was hammertone gray in the back with a polished front cover. They bought it on 3/25/52 for $127.25, and it included cleaning attachments, tool holder, sprayer, vaporizer, and polisher. When I bought my XXX 2 years ago I was kind of hoping to find one just like Mom's, but ended up with a late '48 or early '49 model in chrome with the 475 watt motor. But it is a XXX and I got a good deal on it, so I can't complain! Jeff | ||
