Stumbled across one of these on Ebay definitely reminds one of a Numatic

I bought one and it is supposed to arrive next week. I am very interested to assess one. They are so cheap that it was worth it for me just to see one in person. Also, being such a small fraction of the price of a comparable Henry, may this actually be a good buy? After all, Henrys are quite pricey here in the States. Intriguing!

It's worth buying as a collectible as I'm sure Numatic will be on this real fast claiming copyright infringement. The question is if it's too generic and simplistic to even warrant a violation.

You'll have to let us know what you think of it Johnathan! At 1/3 the price of Numatics BOL model "James" it's pricing is certainly attractive though It's probably safe to say it won't be of the same quality.

Hmm....maybe! while tub vacs aren't uncommon in the commercial sector that motor unit with the manual cord winder seems very similar so perhaps a copyright strike will occur.

I've been looking at one of these for a while, certainly tempting price wise compared to a numatic. Haven't taken the plunge though as I can't see myself using it all that much in lieu of my henrys/george.

But I'm really curious to hear what it's like! Hopefully it's quiet like the numatics.

I doubt there will be any copyright or patent issues with this, numatic copycats have been around for a long time in the UK. There are no-name duplicates with that cord winder design all over the place there.

For all those who are curious about what you get when you buy a $50 Henry knockoff.

Thanks for the video Alex it's definitely sated some curiosity. With it being between the 160 and 200 it's kind of like James then which if i recall correctly was a 180 having slightly less capacity than the 200 series.
We certainly cannot expect the same quality from a cheaper machines but it seems like it's an okay machine and with a few modifications like replacing the wands and perhaps just putting a bit of weight in the bottom of the bucket that it may fare a bit better.

@Blackheart You're not the first person to suggest putting a weight in it. Apparently it helps a lot. But that hose is so stiff and mounted pretty high that it's going to leave a bad taste and a lot of consumers mouths.
Personally I think I'd rather have a Bissell zing just on maneuverability alone.

On the flip side it's a fun cheap toy that's reasonably priced. It wouldn't be bad as somebody's second vacuum to vacuum out the car either.

I got mine. I call it the VacMaster Suckbukit 9000.

It's fairly quiet, unexpectedly well built, and performs as it should. The attachments are surprisingly well made. It does what it should, all for $49 with free shipping (there was a $30 off coupon on Amazon).

I used mine with the Perfect battery power nozzle and it did an amazing job.

$49 sure does get a lot these days. And best of all, it's pretty quiet. Hepa bag, Hepa pre-motor filter, Hepa exhaust cartridge. Great filtration.

And a LONG cord. Thank God the cord winder will never break or fail to retract all the cord.
