that I lost the separator nut to my sirena? LOL ! Amazing how that little bitty thing renders the whole thing useless. I'm so organized and usually never lose anything....for the LIFE of me I can't figure out where it went. I had stored it in the basin with the separator and it must have dropped out somehow...(side note) I once had 300 dollars cash in an envelope in the closet and accidentally threw it away. Yes, it's probably in a landfill somewhere. :(
Anyway -I took a chance and called them asking them if they could send me another one. Of course, they were like, "Just go here and buy one"... LOL I didn't buy one YET because I have my rainbow that I use and I just like the rainbow better. The Sirena was an impulse purchase and just totally unneeded. If I had to do over again, I wouldn't have bought it. (not because I don't like it..but because I just don't need it) I just wanted to compare another water filtration with my Rainbow...I've used it a handful of times and it's stored away in the closet. Glad you like it. Let me say one thing I've learned about Sirena.....When you go to vacuum, fill the basin up with water Between Max and min is good. It won't hurt the machine to go all the way up to max for vacuuming.....but I think the minimum line is a safety measure for people who have the intention of sucking up other liquids...but it's definitely not optimal for vacuuming. The first few uses I followed instructions that said to fill to minimum line for vacuuming.....I could tell it wasn't enough so I started using more. Much better. |
