I'd like to have one, but not in that condition. It would need replating of the chrome,an expensive proposition.

Replating the chrome? huh? Just polish it.

This is in excellent condition and 95% of them that you see look like this, not sure why the logo is blue on that one though.

It's been bastardized by a vac shop. That's why they painted the sides. Vac shops were painting and reselling model 30's through the mid 1980's. They were so plentiful. Electrolux sold 14 million of just that one model. In my opinion, $50 is way too much.
