I have an option to buy another plate that allows more air flow through the front of the PN instead of the carpet. What do yall think of this?

Oh yeah those are made for like soft carpets that many vacuums stick to and struggle to clean.

So I feel like my sebo has so much suction that it boggs down the PN. Is this a solution or is the dealer just trying to sell something or recommend something without being more knowledgeable?

TBH

I've never used one of them but it logically makes sense opening areas for air to flow through would reduce the "cling" to your carpets.

Is this connected to a machine with variable speed? Have you tried turning the motor speed down to reduce the cling?

I could do that but I think it makes more since to allow bypass. I didn't seen much better results either. Personally immunity impressed with the ET1 PN at all. I feel it's drastically underpowered and I'm trying everything I can to get make.itnwork. but it might just be a feeling as it's cleaning ok from a visual perspective. I just hope it's deep cleaning... is the D4 even capable of deep cleaning carpets?
