Right now I have a Sebo Felix. The ET-1 powerhead is pretty good on bare floors, but not nearly as good as the Parquet tool. However, the Parquet tool is a pain when you want to use the hose, as the vacuum can't be upright unless its leaning on something. Is there another tool from Sebo or even another vacuum manufacturer that makes a hard floor tool that can remain upright? How well does the Miele powerhead work on bare floors compared to the ET-1?

Lindhaus makes a tool like this The thick neck and 35mm connection wouldn't let it be used with a Felix though.

Finding a self standing tool that will fit a Sebo's unusual sizing (about 1.5" or 38mm) may be difficult, best of luck to you!

Vorwerk makes self standing hard floor nozzles for their kobold uprights and tiger canisters.

I wish sebo made a self standing hard floor nozzle, that would be ace on a felix.

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I’m going to go ahead and purchase an E3 in the future. It looks like you can park the bare floor tool on the canister.

adapter

Sebo does make an adapter that will allow you to use 32 MM tools with their cleaners, this works for their canisters and the Felix. Still, I don't know of any hard floor tool that will allow the neck to stay in the upright position since most of these tools were designed for canister cleaners. It won't cause any problem with the Felix to allow it to lie flat while using the hose. I do have the Sebo adapter and have tried a few 32 MM hard floor tools with it, that's one thing I like about the Felix, even though it's an upright it has the flexibility of a canister.

Bought a Miele Alize

I ended up ordering a Miele C3 Alize. I always thought they were beautiful machines (especially in the new blue color) and think I was just looking for an excuse to buy one haha. I will keep my Felix to deep clean my rugs and use the Alize for the rest of the house (hard flooring, dusting, ect.).

Electric hose input?

I received my Alize and noticed it has an input for an electric hose. Does this mean it will work with an electric hose, wand, and floor tool like any other Miele C3 that originally comes with one? Or does the Alize not have the same power performance as a C3 that comes with the electric tools? Thanks!
