This model used a long, wire handle fork, the bag was on the opposite side, and the hose connected through the badge on the front. The nozzle was non removable, and I heard somewhere that it may have been made of tin/pressed steel. www.gettyimages.com/detai...

Stan Kann Told me once there were only two Torrington models. He was not a fan of the model B, because he said the dirt would clog the entrance to the bag, because the fan exhausted the air straight up into the bag. The model C changed that.

I saw this as earlier today. It isn’t labeled Torrington, but it is definitely the model B

There is one in the Grand Rapids Public Museum, and the badge for one on eBay. It is one of my biggest dream machines.
That one is labelled Chautauqua, a private label from Torrington. They made sweepers under that name as well, in fact there are two on eBay.
