the 7500 is the best 'basic' one, but you can find it for $100 cheaper at Costco off and on thru the year. I've had mine since 1998, I got a new model 4 years ago as a wedding gift but I didn't go the way of the electronics/bluetooth options. I think they are overpriced options.

VM 5200

Itís an older model and occasionally the company has deals on the refurbished ones. The 5200 has a larger motor and it was the last model before VM added a soft start feature to the speed control. I bought mine factory refurbished in 2012 and I donít recall exactly how long the warranty is, but Vitamix replaced my jar when it cracked in 2019.
