A lot of those are rare - it's just the prices people want for them are insane. That one has suspiciously cheap shipping, but you never know, he might just want to get rid of it and has money to cover the cost.

I don't know if not having the original handle helps or hurts vacuums. Coincidentally I have never seen carpet sweepers like these show up on Antiques Roadshow to my memory.
