you CAN use your foot. It';s easier to use your hand.Sometimes, if you use your foot, you can skip an adjustment. The manual tells you to set the cleaner at shag to use tools, to ensure the nozzle is clear.
Fun fact: The 4 height adjustment mechanism was first installed by a blind man...........flawlessly. Hoover was ahead of the 'people with disabilities ' thing. | ||
